So in an ingenious business move the source claims that the Giants have offered Giants stadium to the supplement retail king, GNC. Giants Stadium will become the west coast distribution headquarters of GNC, MLB's official supplement provider.
"So really, the stadium slash creatine warehouse needed to be networked so that it fit into GNC's distribution chain," spills the source, "and they decided to do it wirelessly so they could offer it to the fans and charge an extra five dollars per seat."
Baer, who wouldn't confirm that such a deal exists, did say that it would be interesting.
"The players would have unlimited supply of supplements and no baseball record would last more than two years. It would be a win-win situation."
There are also whispers of a secret, five-star drug treatment center in the bowels of the stadium to treat not only the Giant's all star steroid users but as visiting teams' cheaters as well.
